No, Mortgagees are not required to send out the COVID-19 Advance Loan Modification (ALM) documents before August 24, 2021. Mortgagees may begin to implement the COVID-19 ALM immediately.

Mortgagees are required to review their portfolio of eligible Borrowers for a COVID-19 ALM no later than August 24, 2021.
