- all Borrowers on a COVID-19 Forbearance for a COVID-19 ALM within 30 days of the expiration of the Forbearance.
- borrowers who are 90 or more Days delinquent and not on a COVID-19 Forbearance must be considered for a COVID-19 ALM through the termination of the COVID-19 National Emergency.
FHA does not expect Mortgagees to note in each individual Borrower’s file if the Borrower does not qualify for the COVID-19 ALM.
