What must I do if I need to reset my password or update my Account Profile for the FHA Catalyst?

Password Update/Change
To change your password for any FHA Catalyst Module users must access: https://www.hud.gov/FHACatalyst
 
  • On the Login Page click on the “Forgot Password?” link provided above the Login button;
  • In the Password Reset screen, enter your Username, then select Reset Password. 
 
Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

Complete the setup of your new password following the instruction provided in the email response.

 
If you are approved for multiple FHA Catalyst Modules your password will be updated for all Modules.

Updating the Account Profile

You can update your Module Account Profile as follows:
  • After logging in to the Module, you will be directed the Module Home Page;
  • Click on the Account Profile icon on the Home Page; 
  • In the account profile screen select Edit in the upper right corner; 
  • Review the information currently populated and update the fields you would like to change;
  • When the information is updated, select Save. 
 
Note: Required fields are designated with a red asterisk.
 
If you have access to more than one FHA Catalyst Module you will need to log into each Module to make any required updates.

Use of the Google Chrome browser is strongly recommended when accessing the FHA Catalyst Modules or materials.
