No. The purpose of the Single Unit Approval (SUA) Holds Tracking submission with the Condominium Questionnaire information is for FHA to determine the eligibility of the assignment of the FHA Case Number based on the FHA concentration rate of the condominium complex. FHA will not review any condominium approval documentation submitted with the SUA Holds Tracking Submission.
Mortgagees are responsible for reviewing the Single Unit Approval (SUA) Condominium Questionnaire along with the supporting condominium documents as part of their approval of the loan to ensure the project meets condominium requirements in Mortgagee Letter 2019-13 and the recent condominium rule updates released in HUD Handbook 4000.1.
The case binder must contain all documentation relied upon by the Mortgagee to justify its decision to approve the Mortgage.
