FHA accepts loan application data as part of the TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard submission. FHA TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard can accept the Uniform Loan Application Dataset (ULAD) associated with the redesigned Fannie Mae Form 1003/Freddie Mac Form 65, Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), beginning with the Limited Production Period (LPP) which began August 1, 2020, in addition to all existing versions accepted.
Mortgagees should contact their TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard AUS provider with questions regarding TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard submissions.
