COVID-19: Where can a Borrower who has been impacted by COVID-19, but does not have an FHA-insured Mortgage, find assistance?

Millions of U.S. homeowners are being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  If you can make your Mortgage payments during this time, continue to do so.  If you are unable to make your mortgage payments because of financial hardships directly or indirectly related to the COVID-19 National Emergency, you should contact your mortgage loan servicer as soon as possible to determine what options may be available to you.
 
You may also wish to contact a HUD-approved housing counseling agency in your area.  These agencies can provide unbiased counseling on your particular situation.
