What should non-LI Mortgagees do if they submitted a paper FHA Case Binder to the HOC and the loan has not been endorsed?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic HUD staff are currently working remotely.  FHA is recommending if an FHA-approved non-Lender Insurance (LI) Mortgagees submitted a case binder to the HOC and the endorsement has not been completed that this file be submitted electronically through the new FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module application.

All non-LI Mortgagees and LI Mortgagees, not approved for electronic Case Binder (eCB) submission through FHA Connection should be using this new FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module application platform to submit any FHA mortgage which are awaiting endorsement and all new loans seeking FHA mortgage insurance.

Mortgagees will need to sign up for system access to the FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module application to submit these binders electronically.

Mortgagees who elect to hold off from using the FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module will have their cases endorsed when the HUD staff return to the HOC.
