If a request was sent in for user set up, why have I not received the email from SalesForce to complete my access to the FHA Catalyst module?

Users of the FHA Catalyst should be active users in the FHA Connection system with M-ID numbers.  If you are not an active user we recommend that you reach out to your FHA Connection Coordinator to be set up for access or have your terminated access restored.  Once your FHA Connection status has been restored to active you may request to have access in the FHA Catalyst module.

Active FHA Connection users should allow 2 Business days after FHAs receipt of the request for FHA Catalyst Module user access.  If the user has not received the email from SalesForce please contact the FHA Resource Center by email at answers@hud.gov or by Toll Free Telephone at 1-800-CALLFHA (225-5342).
