COVID-19: Which appraisal forms will be used for the exterior-only or desktop-only appraisals during the COVID-19 National Emergency?

The current acceptable appraisal reporting forms based on property/assignment type will continue to be used for all appraisals, including those with limited inspection scope of work. The appraiser must include the amended model certification and scope of work with the appraisal form. See acceptable reporting forms below:
