COVID-19: Is the appraiser still responsible for identification of property deficiencies and minimum property requirements during the COVID-19 National Emergency?

While the FHA minimum property requirements (MPR) has not changed, the appraiser is required to observe, analyze, and report only what is evident based on the assignment scope of work.
