Can the lender change the Appraisal Transfer field selection from “No” within the Case/Appraisal Transfer screen of FHA Connection if the selection is inadvertent or the lender later chooses to transfer the appraisal?

If “No” was inadvertently selected or the Mortgagee later chooses to transfer the appraisal, the change can only be made by authorized HUD personnel through Appraisal Logging.
