Are Mortgagees required to inspect properties during the Pre-Foreclosure Sale period?

The Mortgagee must inspect Properties during the Pre-Foreclosure Sale (PFS) period if:
  • the Property is vacant;
  • the Mortgagee has reason to suspect that the Property has become vacant; or
  • the Borrower or Authorized Third Party has not maintained contact with the Mortgagee.
