Are the Loss Mitigation options provided by Mortgagee Letter 15-11 available during a HECM Deferral Period?

Permissible loss mitigation is only available at the discretion of the Mortgagee and only for a borrower.  There are no permissible loss mitigation options available during a Deferral Period.
