Is the HOPE for Homeowners (H4H) program still available?

The H4H Program was effective for endorsements on or after October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2011.
 
The Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) of 2008 amended the National Housing Act to authorize the temporary Homeownership and Opportunity for People Everywhere (HOPE) for Homeowners Program (also referred to as the H4H Program). Under the program, a Borrower facing difficulty paying their Mortgage may have been eligible to refinance into an affordable FHA-insured Mortgage.
