(Inspection and Repair Escrow Requirements for Mortgages Pending Closing or Endorsement in Presidentially-Declared Major Disaster Areas) applies only to properties with pending mortgages or endorsements in areas under a Presidentially-Declared Major Disaster Area (PDMDA) designated for individual assistance.
