Who is responsible for monitoring and quality control of Real Estate Brokers and Closing Agents on HUD Home sales transactions?

HUD’s Asset Manager (AM) and Homeownership Center (HOC) staff are responsible for quality control and monitoring procedures for HUD-Registered Real Estate Brokers and Closing Agents.
HUD Registered Real Estate Brokers and Closing Agents will be monitored by the AM, who will report any deficiency or noncompliance issues to HUD for further investigation and/or action that may result in deactivation of the HUD Registered Real Estate Brokers Name and Address Identification Number (NAID) or the Closing Agent’s Title ID number.
