How can I reset my appraiser roster password or locate my User ID?

If you remember your user ID but not your password, use the Forgot Your Password link on the FHA Connection home page at https://entp.hud.gov/clas/index.cfm

If you are unable to reset your password after following the instructions above send an email to the FHA Resource Center at answers@hud.gov and type in the subject: “Need Assistance with Password Reset.”

If you have forgotten your User ID, use the Forgot Your User ID link on the FHA Connection home page. You will receive an email containing your User ID at the email address on record.

If you do not receive an email containing your User ID after following the instructions above or if it has been more than 6 months since you used your ID to access FHA Connection, send an email to the FHA Resource Center at answers@hud.gov and type in the subject: “Need Assistance with Resetting User ID”.

When emailing the FHA Resource Center for assistance with a password or User ID reset, please include your full name, phone number, address, email address, and license number in the body of the email. You will be contacted by email within 3 business days of HUD’s receipt of your email.
