Why can’t I see the MIP Factors on my TOTAL Scorecard feedback certificate?

The FHA TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard no longer returns either Upfront or Annual Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP or MIP) factors to an Automated Underwriting System (AUS) for subsequent return on the AUS’s feedback certificate. Mortgagees should consult Appendix I of the FHA Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1 (SF Handbook) for applicable MIP factors.  This change was announced in the Single Family FHA INFO #16-36.

The AUS vendors have been notified of this change and have made accommodations to their systems and messaging.
