Why do the Upfront and Annual MIP Factor fields show zero percent when there should be a value?

TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard was changed to discontinue returning the Upfront and Annual MIP factors back to the AUS which caused the factor fields on these screens to display a zero until enough information has been entered into the Insurance Application screen to calculate and display the correct factor.  These fields will display “TBD” instead of zero until the Insurance Application screen has enough information to calculate the correct factor.
