How can I check the status of an FHA Condominium Approval submission?

FHA Condominium Approval “Initial” and “Reconsideration” request processing times are 30 calendar days from the date the condo package is received by the Homeownership Center, subject to available resources and volume of project approval submissions.

If the Submitter of the condo package is also an FHA Connection (FHAC) user, they may access “Condominium Package Logging Search” from the Condominium Functions menu in FHAC to determine the status of a submitted condo package. Users with Condominium Maintenance authorization may click on the condo hyperlink to view rejection or returned reasons if applicable.

Submitters who are not FHAC users, and other interested parties, may review a condo project’s FHA approval status by visiting the Condominiums web page at https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm
If Comments related to the condo project’s status exist, they may be viewed by clicking the “Exists” hyperlink.

If the condo project’s status has not been updated and it has been more than 30 days since the condo package was received by the Homeownership Center, the submitting company may contact the FHA Resource Center at 1-800-CALL-FHA (225-5342) to follow up on the request.
