Can an appraisal uploaded in error be deleted in the Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) Portal?

Appraisal report submissions in the Appraisal 1 position cannot be deleted.  If errors occur during the loading process, or if an appraisal report requires correction, users must upload a corrected appraisal report in the Appraisal 1 position to replace the previous version.
Users are not restricted from deleting appraisals from the Appraisal 2 or Appraisal 3 positions in the Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) Portal.
If a corrected appraisal is mistakenly uploaded in the Appraisal 2 position when it should have been uploaded as a new version of Appraisal 1, simply delete Appraisal 2 and re-upload the appraisal as a new version of Appraisal 1.
Note: A "deleted" appraisal cannot be used for endorsement.  If a user determines a deleted appraisal was in fact the correct appraisal, that appraisal must be re-uploaded in the appropriate Document Type field for endorsement.
