How do I get help if I am having registration or technical issues using the HUDHomeStore site?

Go to https://www.hudhomestore.com  and click "Help" on the gray bar in the top right corner of the page. On this page you will find short videos, guides, additional FAQs, and the Help Desk email address.

 

Password/User Name:

For password or user name issues, you can review the videos “Resetting a Password and Forgot your Password” and “If You Forgot your User Name.”

 

Registering and Bidding: There are also videos available with instructions for registering as a bidder and submitting bids.

 

If the FAQs and videos do not answer your questions on the use of the HUDHomestore site please contact the Yardi Help Desk via email.

 

Email: You can email the YARDI Help Desk at HUDHomestoreHelp@yardi.com.  Be sure to include your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, and your user name (if you have one). If there's a problem with a specific case, please include the case number.

If you're a bidder: Be sure to include the following information:
1. Your user name (if you have one)
2. Your Name and Address Identification Number (NAID) or Principal Broker's NAID
3. Real Estate License number(s)
4. State(s) in which you are Licensed
5. The bid confirmation number (if you have one)
