What do I do if I received an error or warning in FHAC due to data not matching my AUS report?

If you received an error or warning message in FHA Connection (FHAC) because the data from the final AUS findings report is not reflected or has not updated the FHAC Insurance Application, please review the data entered in the final AUS report (scoring event). Verify the data is correct and matches the FHAC insurance application screen.

If the data is correct and you continue to receive an error or warning message, send an email to sfadmin@hud.gov. In the email, please include a detailed description and a screen shot of the FHAC error or warning message(s).
