How often is the data refreshed in Neighborhood Watch?

Neighborhood Watch data included in the reporting options under the Early Warnings, Servicing, Queries and Analysis tabs is updated monthly.  The data refresh typically occurs on the third weekend following the end of the month.  Users can view the exact date by selecting Latest Refresh Date located under the “Help/About” tab in Neighborhood Watch.  The Latest Refresh Date link also contains the beginning loan amortization date range for data captured in the system queries/reports, and the next anticipated Neighborhood Watch data refresh date.
