How does a CPA firm obtain a Unique IPA Identifier (UII) for LEAP?

The Unique IPA Identifier (UII) is a five (5) digit ID for the independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm as a whole. If the audit firm has previously done work with the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), they may have a UII already. It is associated with the CPA firm's tax ID number and zip code.
