How do I find the FHA Case Number for my FHA loan?

The FHA Case Number for your FHA mortgage loan may be found in a number of ways:
  • On your FHA monthly mortgage loan statement
  • By visiting your FHA lender's website to access your account online
  • By calling your lender's customer service toll free number which is listed on your monthly mortgage loan statement.
If you do not have your mortgage loan account statement when you call your lender, you may be asked for other identifying information, such as your loan account number, property address, or social security number.

You can also check your mortgage loan closing documents, which may reference the FHA Case Number on various documents such as the Closing Disclosure (formerly known as the HUD-1 Settlement Statement), mortgage/deed, loan application, or copy of the appraisal.
