How can Mortgagees check their current or historical Credit Watch Termination (CWT) Actions?

Neighborhood Watch provides information on Credit Watch Termination (CWT) actions associated with FHA-approved Mortgagees.
  • Select Lender Details under the Details tab on the Neighborhood Watch home page;
  • Enter the first 5 digits of the FHA Lender ID or the first few letters of the Mortgagee’s name, select Title II for Type of Lender, and click Submit;
  • Confirm the Mortgagee name in the list provided and click Submit.

The resulting Lender Summary screen contains a section labeled CWT Actions.  If the Mortgagee has ever been or is currently subject to a proposed or final Credit Watch Termination action, the word Yes will be shown as a hyperlink next to CWT Actions. Click Yes to view details of the CWT action including the Branch Office ID, HUD Field Office Jurisdiction, Homeownership Center, and the CWT Status and Date.
