A Mortgagee whose approval is voluntarily withdrawn may reapply for FHA approval any time after its withdrawal.
If a Mortgagee’s approval is withdrawn by FHA’s Mortgagee Review Board (MRB), their approval is not reinstated at the end of the period of withdrawal. The Mortgagee may reapply for FHA approval after the period of withdrawal has expired.
An applicant whose approval was denied may reapply after a period of 12 months. The applicant will be required to pay an application fee at the time it submits its subsequent application for approval.
