All new applicants must apply electronically using the online application link on the How to Become an FHA-Approved Lender web page. An existing FHA lender seeking to expand their approval to either Title I or Title II, must submit through the Lender Electronic Assessment Portal (LEAP). The LEAP User Manual is located at: www.hud.gov/lenders  under the LEAP Information link in the Approvals & Renewals section.
