If you have not signed on for 90 days or more, your user ID is terminated.
If there are no authorization problems, you can be reinstated by your Application Coordinator.
As part of this process, your password will be reset to the last six (6) digits of your Social Security number (SSN). Following reinstatement, sign on by entering your user ID in the User Name field and entering the last six (6) digits of your Social Security number in the Password field.
The page for Password function automatically appears, requiring you to create a new password.
If the FHA Connection message is "Terminated due to DHSPII Incident Notification", your Application Coordinator may email sfadmin@hud.gov for further information.
