Why do I keep receiving an error message while trying to access LEAP?

There are possibly two reasons lenders are receiving an error message. One cause can be the user was not granted proper authorization in the FHA Connection. Please confirm the Application Coordinator has checked the “Institution View Only” box in the FHA Connection. The second cause of the error message is the result of a large volume of lenders accessing the system at a given time.
