During a foreclosure moratorium, are monthly inspections required for HECM properties located in a Presidentially Declared Major Disaster Area (PDMDA)?

Yes. Servicers must continue monthly inspections following a disaster event.  If servicers are unable to complete a monthly inspection, servicers must document their servicing files by providing a reason why they were unable to complete a required inspection post a disaster event.
