Why can't a lender update its Direct Lending branch information in LEAP?

All changes to a direct lending branch’s information must be submitted to FHA.

Please submit a written request on company letterhead, signed by an authorized official, stating the problem and the 10-digit FHA ID number for the direct lending branch. Also include the information that needs to be updated.

The request must be submitted through the Lender Electronic Assessment Portal (LEAP) as a Request.
