How does FHA notify Mortgagees of Loan Review System (LRS) response requests?

Each Mortgageeā€™s designated administrative contact, as recorded in the Lender Electronic Assessment Portal (LEAP), will receive daily email notifications summarizing any new LRS response requests. The administrative contact should also be able to respond to any LRS-related inquiries from FHA, either directly or by forwarding them to the appropriate party.

The LRS also includes dashboards with on-screen reminders for Mortgagee staff who are involved in the loan review process.

To ensure LRS email correspondence is directed to and received by the appropriate Mortgagee point of contact it is critical that Mortgagees designate a primary administrative contact in LEAP and ensure it is up-to-date.
