Why am I unable to submit my NAID application for review after completing my data entry and uploading all my documents?

If you are unable to submit your NAID application please check the following:

Verify that all the documents are uploaded under the applicable sections:

  • “Verify Real Estate Licenses”;
  • “Upload Required NAID Documents”; and/or
  • “Resubmit Rejected Documents”

AND

Verify that all the documents are uploaded under:

  • Broker Licenses (by clicking the Real Estate License number)

 

AND

If the activity is a Recertification application, verify you have selected the “This is a valid address where 1099s will be sent” check box in the Business Address section

 

AND

Be sure you’re using Google Chrome (it’s the preferred browser).

 

You should then see, and click, the dark green Save and Submit Application button.

If you still can’t submit your application, please send a request for assistance by email to answers@hud.gov or call the FHA Resource Center at 800-225-5342.
