If you are unable to submit your NAID application please check the following:
Verify that all the documents are uploaded under the applicable sections:
- “Verify Real Estate Licenses”;
- “Upload Required NAID Documents”; and/or
- “Resubmit Rejected Documents”
Verify that all the documents are uploaded under:
- Broker Licenses (by clicking the Real Estate License number)
If the activity is a Recertification application, verify you have selected the “This is a valid address where 1099s will be sent” check box in the Business Address section
Be sure you’re using Google Chrome (it’s the preferred browser).
You should then see, and click, the dark green "Save and Submit Application" button.
