Why am I getting a DB002 error when logging into the NAID Application Portal?

You may be getting a DB002 error if you are trying to use your Field Service Manager (FSM) or Asset Manager (AM) inspector credentials to log in to the NAID Application Portal.

 

Make sure you are using the User Name and password you created for the NAID Application Portal account and NOT your User Name and password for the P260 Inspection Portal.

 

The Google Chrome browser is strongly recommended for accessing the NAID Application Portal.
