    • If the Real Estate License has expired, or the Principal Broker’s Real Estate License is not on file, or the Real Estate License has not been verified for a year or more, the information must be updated and a copy of the Real Estate License uploaded; and
    • If other information has changed including the Business (IRS Form 1099-MISC) Address, Remittance Address, Principal Broker Information, Contact information, or Replacing the Real Estate License that information must be updated as well. Some of the changes may require supporting documentation to be uploaded.

  11. Click OK on the review message to submit the recertification application to HUD for review.
Some updates will take place immediately upon submission of the recertification application to HUD; other updates will require a HUD review and/or a new E-Signature process.

If HUD rejects any of the updated data or uploaded documents, an email will be sent with the reason(s) for rejection and a Correct Rejected Application button will be displayed on the NAID Application screen.  You can make data correction and documents can be re-loaded.  When completed, click on the Resubmit to HUD for Review button.
