How will I know if my certification or recertification has expired or will soon expire?

Email reminders are sent to the Principal Broker thirty (30) days and five (5) days before the recertification deadline.

However, it’s always good to manually check the recertification date since emails may be diverted to the Spam/Junk folder or may be blocked by an email system.

To verify your NAID status and your NAID recertification date:

  1. Go to the HUD HomeStore website at: http://www.hudhomestore.com;
  2. Click the NAID Application Portal tab on the gray menu bar at top of the page;
  3. Click the “Here” link inside the message bubble to access the NAID Application Portal;
  4. Click the Check NAID Recertification and License Expiration Dates button and enter your NAID number; and
  5. Click Submit.

Use of the Google Chrome browser is strongly recommended when accessing the NAID Application Portal.
