- Click on LOGIN NOW and enter your Username and Password.
- Click the Modify Existing Payee button, and modify the information on the NAID Application, as necessary. You may be required to upload documentation to validate the information you changed.
- Click on: Recertify NAID, update Broker Real Estate License or modify address;
- Select “I have not previously registered on the NAID Application Portal”;
- Enter your NAID, and click Submit;
- At the “Register for Access to NAID Application Portal” screen, fill in the required information and click REGISTER to initiate the prescreening process;
- You will receive a system notification if the registration is successful or if it needs to be verified by HUD;
- When the prescreen is approved, you will receive an email advising how to create a username and password to log into the NAID Application Portal;
- After creating your username and password you will be automatically logged into the NAID Application Portal;
- Click the Modify Existing Payee button, and modify the information on the NAID Application, as necessary. You may be required to upload documentation to validate the information you changed.
Note: The Employer Identification Number (EIN)/Social Security Number (SSN) associated with the Principal Broker’s NAID cannot be modified. A new NAID must be requested to identify a new EIN/SSN by submitting the necessary documentation.
Use of the Google Chrome browser is strongly recommended when accessing the NAID Application Portal.
A copy of the NAID-Recertification User Guide for Participating Brokers containing detailed instruction on using the NAID Application Portal is provided at: https://www.hudhomestore.gov/ListingSiteFAQ.htm for your reference.
